How to use

Had these with fadogia for a while.
I find my motivation to workout is *lower* on this combo, so I've had some breaks. Might be because I feel less p'd off in general and anger has been a motivator for me in the past. Anyway, when I have been consistent for months, I'm hitting personal bests on lifts.. to the point where I can't really put it down to anything else. My diet has been consistent for over a decade and I'm 41, casually out-repping and out-lifting my 27year old previous "tank" self. I go hard, but it's like my muscles forget to struggle. I'd say DOMS is sightly worse, but given the gains, I'm not surprised - and I have to split up tongkat into two doses of 200mg personally otherwise it gives me the runs.

What is Tongkat Ali?

Tongkat Ali is a herbal plant known as Eurycoma Longifolia that grows mainly in Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo, Indonesia, and in small patches in remote regions of Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. What is Cistanche?

Cistanche is a herb that's used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat impotence, female infertility and chronic kidney disease. Our Cistanche uses a plant called Cistanche tubulosa. The plant is grown in the Taklamakan Desert in the northwestern region of China, as well as similar arid regions of countries such as Iran, India and Mongolia. It lacks chlorophyll and is known as a parasitic herb - meaning it obtains nutrients and water from host plants whose roots it parasitizes.

What is Horny Goat Weed?

Horny goat weed is a plant found mainly in China which was allegedly discovered when a Chinese goat herder noticed that his flock had heightened sexual activity after eating the plant. It has long been used in Chinese medicine to treat ailments such as erectile dysfunction and low libido.
Any side effects to Tongkat Ali?

Although most studies have not observed any adverse side effects, one study observed mild gastrointestinal symptoms in 6 out of the 50 participants. These symptoms included constipation, indigestion, abdominal pain, flatulence and abdominal discomfort. To avoid gastrointestinal irritations, take the supplement with food and wait at least 24 hours before the next dose. Avoid taking the supplement on an empty stomach or after a heavy meal.
